Lemon Sole

Lovely delicate flat fish. Member of the plaice family, flesh is firmer than plaice but not as meaty as dover sole. One fish is approx 500g, giving two good size portions. You can cook whole of filleted (please specify below). £18 per kg. Season: avoid April-August (spawning).
